Getting to this point was no easy task and I thank everyone that was involved. I especially would like to thank the Peragallo Pipe Organ Company who kept fitting us into their schedule even as our own schedule slipped. They are indeed proud of their work and ever ready to maintain their high level of craftsmanship. I had the opportunity to work with Frank Peragallo and has crew during recent months and would like to relay a short story that I think sums up the Peragallo's dedication to their craft. Frank and crew came in one day with each man carrying a large box under his arm. I questioned Frank about the boxes and he told me that when the pipe organ was built, they received a batch of tremulants that he felt were noisy. He did not like the way the current tremulants were working, so he was replacing them. All of them! I did not ask for this nor did I expect it, but it is their name is on the console. Thank you Peragallos! As we start this New Year I would ask you to think about your involvement in your Church's music program. Yes we are growing, but there is plenty of room for more (that sounds like a good anthem title) and we sure could use you. I wish you and your families a Happy, Healthy and Blessed New Year.
Peace,
